It has amazing universal resist and pretty much all of the other stats are great, too. This is a MUST! If there is only one thing you really farm for, get ALL three parts of the waterworks gear. Storm does MUCH more damage then fire or death!!! If fire is 8% less than death, then what about storm!!! Storm does MUCH more damage then fire or death!!! From the looks of things, Fire has higher health, block, and resistance than Storm, but Storm has the higher crit rating and damage boosts...60 - 99 HoS in Krokotopia OR Waterworks in Crab Alley. 100 - Malistaire Gear located in Graveyard, Castle Darkmoor or Nightside. 130 - Dragoon / Vanguard Dropped by various bosses in the Catacombs. 150 - Merciless dropped by various bosses in Lemuria.
