Yes eyesight is disabled with the check engine light on. This exact scenario was brought up by my salesperson when they went over the car with my wife and I. Not sure of the reasoning behind it but it does turn off the eyesight feature.The dealer reset the code and explained that it takes 3 full running cycles to automatically reset.
