R6 stuck on creating squad

I'm stuck at the "Creating Squad" Screen when starting up the game. I've already clocked like 8 hours since 3.0 went live, so it shouldn't be the patch. Happening for me too. I think they got issues right now. I did find a fix but it only works for around 1 game. And when you go back to menu you get the same issue again.
