March 3, 2024. . C Not great, but there are still Walleyes and Perch deep. A lot of the Perch are on the smaller side, but we managed quite a few 9-10 inchers with a few 11-12’s mixed in. The only problem with fishing in deeper than 33 feet of water, they are probably all dead. The smaller Perch and the BIG Walleyes cannot handle the rapid change in pressure.
