They promise to deliver one day, no show, reschedule for the next day and repeat the same BS over and over again for days. If you google ontrac this is a common issue. I will be writing to sephora to suggest they stop using ontrac, my previous orders have been ups with zero delivery problems. Mind you we do most of our shopping online and first time I get ontrac as a shipper package is missing.
