Litter robot blinking cycle light

My litter robot two lights are sticking on. The reset and empty buttons wont turn off. If i hit recycle it will cycle however when its done recycling the two light stag on again. I have unplugged it . I have trued everything. Its not over filled with litter. Its actually below the line. The only time it recycles is when i hit the recycle button.
