Dec 1, 2012 · New Guy here. I've had some errors show up multiple times since getting my new 2012 F-250 a couple of months ago: "Hill Descent Control Fault," or "Service Advance Trac." Took it to the dealer two or three times and they replaced a couple of modules: one related to the RCM (whatever that is) , and one related to the ABS system. Truck is 2103 XLT Ecoboost. On occasion, not every time I drive the truck, I will get a notification on the dash that the Service AdvanceTrac/Hill Descent Control FAULT is not working. Also when this happens the blinker will not work without me holding it in position. This does not seem to effect the performance of the truck otherwise.
