Directv closed captioning not working

For 3 weeks closed captioning has been missing on all CBS dvr recordings and only CBS. All dvr recordings from other channels show closed captioning. Closed captioning works on live CBS. I deleted all CBS series recordings and set them back up. Still no closed captioning. And it's the same on 2 TVs and a tablet.

The issue is that Direct TV is not recording the closed captioning that CBS is providing. I understand that this is only happening with some customers makes this somewhat more difficult for Direct TV to find as it is not consistent and may not be able to be duplicated.
