Cox connection issues
For the past month I have been having high ping rates on Xbox and buffering in Netflix. Checking my speed from several websites and locations speed rarely goes over 150mMbps. I currently subscribe to the ultimate package. I have called support with minimal changes to status. I believe my connection lines outside the home could be the cause.
If it's a burial line, you could have a corroded connection out at the pedestal. Worst case scenario its the mainlines. Definitely need to get a competent tech out there. Have him do a OneCheck at the groundblock and ask if his downstream is terrible there. If it is, it's either the service drop or mainlines.
