Computer turns on but no display

I've put everything together but when I turn it on, the lights are on and the fans rotate but there's no display. I've redone the ram sticks, changed there different gpus, made sure things are plugged in but still nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

You can try resetting the bios by taking out the CMOS battery, waiting 30 seconds to a minute, then putting the battery back in. It seems like a driver is causing the problem since the computer operates fine until windows starts. Try booting to safe mode to see if you still have the problem.6. Reset Monitor Settings.
