Beretta A300 ultima patrol questions. Really interested in getting an a300 but theres a few things im not satisfied with. The QD in the stock is located at the bottom. There are no mlok slots toward the rear of the handguard to add a handstop on the bottom and a light pressure pad on the side.

I run a 1301 Tactical, but had to spend even more to get an Aridus handguard that gave me Mlok mounting options for a WML etc. Seems like the 1301 has a better operating system, but the A300 does seem like a good option for the price, and i like the upgraded handguard. Just installed the zhukov handguard last night, seems easy. However I've noticed with the zhukov there are more exposed piston mechanics to outside, as comparing to the OEM handguard which seems to seal pretty tight to cover the piston. Will that be a problem, for example, dust in range, rain water.But word is beretta will be selling an adapter to use the A300 handguard on the 1301. I will be doing that at some point.
